Oregon is the third largest producer of wine in U.S. The ranchers and farmers produce also cattle, poultry, cheep, eggs and dairy products. Oregon´s salmon-fishing industries are one of the largest in the world. Oregon is one of U.S. largest timber producer for building materials and paper. Food processing is of course the second largest industry after lumber and wood products. Oregon has also a large tourism industry.
