Marbella luxury villas

One problem is fairly common can be to find free images to their blog. If you are not a brilliant photographer who plates evenly and ever and all, then they will just take to the possible means to find images to insert in their blog or website to perhaps refresh their posts or pages with some nice pictures.

The problem with pictures is that you can not just take the first best picture you can find too often is there any form of Copyright or Creative Commons protection for most of the images that makes you can not just download an image and insert it on their blog and find everything is fine. It is preferable to use all the services available, such as those presented in this post for download pictures legally, free and use on their websites. Personally I often use the sxc that I think has many good pictures.

How is it that you have difficulties to find images, follow the links here. The site requires registration, but there is no problem. Just register and find pictures and download. Easier than this can it not be.

Sxc - As a user on sxc, you get access to thousands of images, graphics and background images with high quality.

Dream Time - Almost all blogs need pictures and photo to their articles and the Dream Time, you can find lots of free pictures to your blog.

every stock photo - everystockphoto is a search engine for free photos. Photos found in many sources with different licenses for publication. Free photos to your blog or website.

Free Digital Photos - The Free Digital Photos can find you thousands of high quality images for websites, blogs, news archives, PowerPoint presentations and much more.

Photobucket - In addition to finding free images with Photobucket, you can also upload your own to share with you to others. Plus, Photobucket is also one of the most popular places where you can store your videos.

Hope you like me to benefit from these tips to find free images to your blog.

Via ZtrixQ I have found a list of 300 free programs for virtually all purposes of winAddons which is a tremendous resource for anyone who wants to find good useful software to install on their computers. Of course, it would be a bit MAFF to install any programs, although, anything is possible, but you can certainly find some programs you can use this.

The list is divided into different categories such as Office, Internet, Security, Networking, Pictures, plus a lot of other categories, and I must say I found at a lot of PEARL which I will try to come. A lot of programs in the list I already use or have tested earlier.

In a way, it is a bit unfortunate that we can not use the number of applications any time, but may sometimes try to forward to find the best program for their purpose, and sometimes it may be quite difficult. But a good idea is to search for information on the Internet or on various forums to form an opinion on what other people think.

For those of you who want to look at the entire list can do this in winAddons and hope you find any program that you can have good use of! I selected a few programs from a few categories:

Foxit PDF Reader - PDF reader (Office)

Maxthon – Browser (Internet)

Avast Home Free – Antivirus (Security)

JAlbum – create web photo album (Pictures)

TaskSwitchXP – Alt-Tab tool (System Tools)

This was just a small selection of the list containing 300 free programs to download. winAddons is a site I usually visit on a regular basis to keep watch on new programs emerge, just a tip for you who may also want to keep track.

malaga-view1

When you flying over Spain a cloudless day, can you see the border to Andalucia. The brown flat country passing over in to hills and mountains, who is totally covered with olives trees. The closer you come to coast in the south, the dryer is the country and then you have come to Costa del Sol. The largest community in Costa del Sol is Malaga and I’m going to tell you everything about Malaga and Malaga community in this and follow articles.

Malaga International Airport is situated between Malaga town and the village Torremolinos, who is the port to Costa del Sol. It is a pity that not more people take time to teach the new Malaga Town, who is bidding for the title of 2016 European Capital of Culture and the new criuser port, who has wide range of archeology, history, art, culture and charming atmosphere with shops, restaurants and bars.

The castle Castillo de Gibralfaro

If you want to know the town, then I recommend you to first drive up to the old and huge Arabic Castle “Castillo de Gibralfaro” situated on the hill and surrounded by palms trees just over the centre, but its note much of the castle left inside the walls. For them who want to see a how an Arabic medieval castle look like, is there no more beautiful place then Alhambra in Granada. However have you a fantastic view over Malaga; the bullfight arena, harbor, beaches, mountains, and the town. Here can you see the town as it is; crowd of people in the city, on the beaches, in the sea with the strong sun and the glittery Mediterranean in the background.

Malaga old history

The town founded by the Arabian from Syrian for over 3.ooo year ago and have always been a strategic imported town because of the two rivers Guadalmedina and Guadalhorce. When is digs anywhere in Malaga, do they always finds remains either from the Romans or the Arabic who ruled Spain from the 7th century to the end of the 14th century. Below Gibralfaro are the Roman Theatre and an archeological museum.

I have reccived the latest figures for sales of New family homes and  Existing homes for U.S. and its little down for March compared with February. But what I have read in News and blogs over the last months April and May, do it look like the market and price is on the way up agian after the drop in March. We have the same prognose in Marbella area, but totally in spain is it done every months.

Sales of new family houses in the U.S. fell by 0.6 percent in March compared with the month before, to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 356,000 units, shows statistics from the Department.
Analysts had expected an annual rate of 337,000 units in March, which is unchanged compared with the February preliminary figure.
February figure was revised to an annual rate 358,000 units (337,000).
Median price fell by 12.2 percent in March, compared with a year earlier, to $ 201,400.

The availability of new homes for sale rose to 311,000 in March compared with the revised 328000 previous month (330,000).
Made in relation to the sales pace rose / fell “stock/supply”, and it is enough now to cover sales in the 10.7 months, compared with the revised 11.2 months the previous month 12.2.

Sales of existing homes in the U.S. fell by 3 percent in March compared with the previous month, according to official statistics brokerage. The decline follows a lifting in February of 4.9 percent. Compared with March of last year sales fell by 7.1 percent.

The number of homes sold in March amounted to 4.57 million, which compares with an average forecast of Wall Street of 4.7 million were sold dwellings.
- Down again. It looks as if the housing market has not reached bottom yet and there is no good news for the dollar, said Joseph Trevisani, analyst at FX Solutions,

At the same time the average price fell in March by 7.5 percent after the February increase of 13.7 percent. Compared to March last year, prices of existing homes dropped by 12.1 percent, according to broker statistics, from trade organization National Association of Realtors.

Marbell History

This is going to be information about the history of Marbella, from the beginning and to what we are today. Marbella has a very interesting history.

Marbella has been on the map since just about the year dot. Pottery found in Neolithic caves prove the presence of our cave dwelling ancestors and these early residents introduced such innovations as the plough, crops, livestock raising, pottery, textiles and permanent villages. They also developed metalwork, smelting copper and bronze to make agricultural tools and weaponry. By about 1000 BC the area was rich in agriculture, animals and metals and Phoenician traders came to trade perfumes, ivory, jewelers, oil, wine and textiles for Andalucían silver and bronze.

Around the 7th century BC, the Greeks came too, trading many of the same goods. The Phoenicians and Greeks brought to Andalucia the potter’s wheel, writing, the olive tree, the vine and animals such as the donkey and hen. The Carthaginians were Marbella’s next inhabitants, gradually pushing out the Phoenicians and Greeks and, once weakened, the area also attracted Iberians from northern Spain.

Roman’s Marbella

The mighty Romans conquered the area after nearly two hundred years of bloody battles had raged throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Once under Rome’s command however, Andalucia became one of the richest and most civilized areas of the empire outside Italy. Situated on the main Via Augusta, which ran from Rome to Gades, lay “Salduba”, today’s Marbella. It was one of the most important Roman settlements on the Costa del Sol. The remains of a once luxurious Roman villa situated at Rio Verde (on the outskirts of Marbella) display in situ some beautiful mosaics from the period and the substantial remains of the octagonal Roman bath house of Las Bovedas in San Pedro de Alcantara has defied the elements in spectacular fashion.

The Romans held the area for nearly 500 years until the longhaired Visigoths settled in the area after overthrowing Rome and then being pushed to the far reaches of the former empire by other invaders. In San Pedro de Alcantara, the Visigothic Christian basilica of Vega del Mar is one of the best-preserved Visigothic monuments in Spain and artifacts from here, the Roman villa and Las Bovedas can be viewed at the archaeological museums in Malaga and Madrid.

the_blue_lotus_2603

Then you why many attempt to enter the industry. It would be almost worth studying Chinese and start blog for them too, but I’m too poor in languages. I found out that I’m in the wrong country to do SEO. I have

working so hard for many years to get up on the top in Google with my keywords and for a couple of days ago did I test my keywords on China’s leading search engine Baidu. I was number 1 on the most of my keywords; property Marbella, Marbella apartments and Marbella villas. I found this interesting article at seotaktik

China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) handle Chinese domain names, addresses, collects statistics internet use and a lot more. They are made sometimes as a form of independent organization, but directly under the Ministry of Information Industry (MII). Anyway, their statistics for Q1 2009 is clear:

At the end of 2008 was internet penetration:

22.6% in China (according to CNNIC).
21.9% of the world (according to CNNIC).
Approximately 77% – 78% in Sweden (according to my memory).
This is the first time China has a higher Internet penetration than the world average.

The number of Internet users in China has now reached 298 one million of which 279 are said to have one million broadband (how they define broadband, I do not know). At the end of Q1 2009 the number had reached the proper 316 one million of which 117.6 accessed the Internet via mobile devices.

.CN is the world’s most popular domain

The number of registered domain names for top level domain CN reached 13.572 million. That makes it the world’s by far the largest TLD. COM is second largest with 2.739 million registered domains.

162 millions of them blogs

The figures in the report continue to be large and CNNIC says in all seriousness that they have 162 millions of them in China in 2008. Is a little too close to the number of surfers, I think. Officials who knows? Perhaps true. Depends much on how to define a blogs which is different in China but we do not go into.

Future trends in China

Internet Trends CNNIC like to see (in China that will be of importance are:

3G will get wireless internet to show explosive growth.
Internet will move from applications around contented to value.
I think they are right. Wireless Internet is not at all common in China now, and press out a bunch of 3G phones, it is just explosive growth.

Around two, one can say if you want to be mean that when the Communists now intensively started censoring Chinese internet hard about pornography (eg via Google) is just the effect. Porn is, after all, a dominant online entertainment sector. CNNIC, however, look for a job and shop online instead of music and video as an example. Given that YouTube censored hard by the Communists and that they are becoming increasingly paranoid about video, it is also a given trend.

Search for jobs seriously: whistle revolutionary tunes the long march

Why would not you if you now have broadband listen to music while you are looking for a job? One reason is that it is frivolous and all communist workers know (or supposed to know) that it will sacrifice for party members. Do those nicer meetings with foreign companies on the music download reduce think certainly most people in China that it is worth it.

Instead, I think if I know the Chinese soul right to the whistle-old songs from the revolution in computer- of course at the same time which they eagerly surfing for a job so that they can contribute to the State.

More on the report

The press release went well for me to read the CNNIC: Mer om rapportenCNNIC Releases the 23rd Statistical Report on the Internet Development in China. Efter att jag försökte ladda ner rapporten flera gånger gav jag upp på att lägga den här. After that I tried to download the report several times, I gave up on adding it here. It is, however, the CNNIC.

To corrupt a Chinese worker

Administrative regulations are among those that may come and go a little bit anyway, depending on the political motives as response to perceived enemies. Sometimes it feels good for the Communists to drive people to foreigners and then the example send out a bunch of nationalists who are screaming outside the search engine ‘offices that they corrupts the hornets Chinese with porn on the net. So are Google, Yahoo and MSN had to filter it.

What a shame. All the pornography to no avail. For it is where no decent Westerner watching such. Everything produced only to destroy the Chinese people weak soul.

What if the Chinese worker stops work and sits with his surf the mobile and watch porn all day instead of work or job search. Most ignore the absolute worst case in those brave whistling revolution songs.

Whistle the way up to the big shops

Now that Chinas travel more in the world and we come to them for doing business is to show the ambition to get the big contracts. Let us therefore conclude by learn whistle “Socialism is Glorious.” A real Chinese revolution song.Music of the Chinese Revolution Perhaps it would create a nice CH domain? Leve-Hu-Jintao.ch to have on the business card. Make sure the heads of large state companies a little nervous.

Or any other of their choice from a smaller list of approved choices:

Buy a CH-domain in order to impress!

In order to register a domain includes the following (there are more rules but these are the rules CNNIC claims case in free and abridged translation might be wrong in several respects:

May not has the reason to China’s basic constitution.
Can be dangerous for national security, leaking secrets, intended to overthrow the government or disrupt the State’s integrity.
Harm the national pride or national interests. Here, we realize that if you intend to compete with a Chinese company, they can deny you the domain or take it back.
Work may be violence or discrimination between different nationalities (such manages the Army on that of Tibet).
Violate state policy on religion or advocate for a cult or feudal supernatural beliefs.
Spreading rumors disturb public order or disrupt social stability.
Disseminate pornography, nudity, gambling, violence, suicide, terror, or the murder.
Galumph other legitimate rights and interests or just that we should not do with the site which may be construed to be prohibited by any Chinese law, rule or administrative regulation.

benalmadena-marina

Benalmadena.

Today Benalmadena has so many things to offer you. Tivoli World Entertainment Park, The five star Torrequebrada Hotel and Casino, Marina World, Local Market, Plaza Major (leisure and enjoyment centre) and Benalmadena Marina.

The Best Marina in the world.

Situated at the heart of the Costa del Sol or at latitude 36 36′ N and longitude 4 31′ W, for those in the know, is the stunning marina of Benalmadena. The Benalmadena Marina was the brainchild of architect Eduardo Oria, the marina took nearly ten years to complete, opening its doors in 1982. Combining the water and boat moorings with commercial buildings and residential property built upon islands, the unique effect created, is that of a whole community, unlike many other marinas where a sharp definition between landlubbers and ‘yachters’ seems to prevail. Since its inauguration, the marina has won the much coveted “Best Marina in the World” award twice and since 1987 has been awarded the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe by the European Community in recognition of its waters and services.

Moorish Architecture.

The architecture of Benalmadena Marina on shore is a mix of Indian, Arabic and Andalucían and is surprisingly harmonious. Several little bridges span the water giving access to the innovative residential islands where three blocks of luxury apartments are housed. Cars are parked unobtrusively under awnings supported by huge carved pillars and small leafy gardens hide amphorae lying like lost treasure. Mosaic walls depict the sea’s waves while the staircase leading to one of the entrances is a shimmering mosaic fish. The overall effect is pleasing and relaxing and whichever way you look you are surrounded by water.

Private Islands.

As I wandered around the Marina I thought how nice it would be to step out of your door, board your own speedboat and putter out of the marina before heading out onto open water. Or perhaps keep a sailboat moored in the harbour for weekend getaways. With these thoughts milling around my mind I headed off the islands – only I couldn’t, I was locked in. I had strolled in through the gates to one of the proprties houses as some people were unloading their shopping unaware that the islands are private and for residents only.

I stood on the little bridge pondering my situation and the embarrassment it would cause me if someone didn’t show up soon! Someone did a kind Irishman and his son who let me out whilst explaining just how nice it was to live on the islands. He also told me that in the four years since he bought his apartment in Spain, it has gone up in value a staggering 100%.
