At the east of the legendary rock of Gibraltar, there you will find the diamond of Costa del Sol. The marina facilities are meteorological information, toilets, showers, water and electricity connections, ice machines, laundry, TV connection, postal service, dry docks, divers, workshops, cranes gas oil and gasoline pumps, ship’s tackle and equipment to meet the needs of all types of yachts. They have plans to extend the marina to 1.050 moorings. The Yachts Club has a sailing school for sailing and windsurfing.

Sotogrande Golf Courses.

Sotogrande offers you the best golf courses in Europe; Valderrama Golf Club, officially rated as the no. 1 golf course in Europe (host of the Ryder Cup in 1997 and Volvo Master 2002). As well Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, rated as number 5 in Europe (designed by Robert Trent Jones). Almenara Golf Course in San Roque, next to Valderrama. La Cañada Golf Club in San Rogue, Costa Luz. But, there are many more golf courses to choose from within 30 -45 minutes driving from Sotogrande.

Santa Maria Polo Club.

Sotogrande’s proud ness is Santa Maria Polo Club. It is the hub of Spain polo and it organizes an international tournament each August. Top players from all over the world attracts to the club for the magnificent setting and facilities.
