 Plaza Mayor Leisure, cinema and shopping centre in Malaga is a huge centre situated next to Malaga international airport, between Malaga and Torremolinos with a concentration of enjoyment and leisure.

Andalusia Town
The design of Plaza Mayor (Parque de Ocio Plaza Mayor in Spanish) has been inspired by the traditional architecture of Andalusia. It recreate a typical Andalusia town with its streets, squares, facades, roofs, green zones and fountains The shopping centre has 20.000 m2 of landscaped surface with more than 1.000 trees planted by the developer. The establishments of Plaza Mayor are identified with signs adapted to style of the area, what gives them a homogeneous image.
Multiplex Cinema Centre
The Yelmo Cineplex Cinema complex has 20 ultramodern cinema screens with latest in digital sound, the THX Surround EX system combination with IMAX 3D system and 4882 glorious seats. They show always a couple English films in original version every day. Of course they sell popcorn and Coca Cola, so your movie outing been perfect.
The Big Fun Bowling Centre
Don’t miss this place when you are at Plaza Mayor, a huge play and leisure centre for all the family. It has 20 tenpin bowling alleys, pool tables, big arcade games and many more machines. They have a bar with sandwiches and drinks so you can spend the whole day in here.
Health & Fitness Gym
From 7.00 am to 11 pm you can visit Solinca health & fitness gym with around 30 types of exercise classes on offer, including: yoga, salsa aerobic, push-power, power-bike, circuit training, aero box, and much more. Sauna, Turkish baths, massage centre, Jacuzzi, hydrotherapy tank. Two temperatures control swimming pools and many aqua fitness classes are included in the timetable. Shopping at Plaza Major
Plaza Mayor has more than 25 different shops. You find fashion at Morgan, Imagine, Arlandy, Mombou, Bossini Bessell Levis store and some more. The large outlets sports wear shop Nike factory. Gala Perfumery, Sun Planet and Miguel Dura sun glasses, many gift shops, presents shops, telephone shops etc.
Restaurants, tapas and Fast-food.
To eat at Plaza Mayor is something special; you find a good range of local and international restaurants. You are going to find the grill house Foster Hollywood, Pasta and pizza at Similo Pizzeria and at Pasta City, Brazilian food at Chimarrao at Coyote Saloon. Cuban, Portugal, Morocco, Israeli is also represented. Communications and parking.
You can take the train from Malaga or from Fuengirola to Plaza Mayor, every half-hour. Buses from Malaga centre and from Torremolinos centre take you also to Plaza Mayor. I recommend you to take a taxi or you own car, it has a huge free parking for 3000 vehicles and has direct access with the highways.
