The beginning of El Rosario is the commercial area with the supermarket Supersol, German Café, yellow cad car rental, some restaurants, and the famous tennis club El Casco and the security gate for the urbanization. The urbanization has 550 plots with the most of them, around 450 has been constructed villas on. The villas are bungalow or 2 level villas. It’s a mix of 25 -30 years old and charming Spanish one level villas and the modern new townhouses and villas. On some of the bigger plots has small palace been build. The only apartments in El Rosario are an apartment complex in the end, next to the pay road. All most every property has good sea view and many also have golf view over Santa Clara golf course.
