Google has search engine spiders and they index your page –by –page. It is Google’s way of estimating how important a web page is. Page ranking is about pages, not websites.
Important things are: page’s Title, the use of keywords within the page’s text, is keywords in URL, in domain name, in H1, H2 and H3.The ranking is from zero to ten. The real estate company with the highest page ranking and good information comes on the first page at Google’s.
Which page ranking has your Spanish property website?
Many agents think that people can see their apartments in Marbella, fincas in Cadiz, villas in Tarifa or Spain villas on internet, but they can’t see them. Because they have not SEO the website.
Can your webmaster really know his job?
Many companies (small as large) have a webmaster who really doesn’t know anything about page ranking or Search Engine Optimization SEO.
Many, many commercial websites are designed and set up by people/company who knows little or nothing about search engine optimization -- how to give the search engines what they want to see when they index your site.
They put in nice flashing, blinking and moving things on you site, looks nice, but it is wrong for your site. The most important thing to know about search engines is SEARCH ENGINES ONLY INDEX TEXT.
